Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
A landing page takes about 1 week, a company profile 1 to 2 weeks. Custom work depends on the features. The exact schedule is written in the contract before we start.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. You see and try the website before it goes live. Revisions are included: 2 rounds for a landing page, 3 rounds for a company profile and custom work.
Do I need my own domain and hosting?
No. Domain and hosting for the first year are included in every package, and we take care of everything until the site is live. From the second year you only pay the renewal fee.
How does payment work?
50% deposit upfront, the remaining 50% once the website is finished. Scope, schedule and price are written in a contract, so both sides are clear.
Do you work with clients outside Indonesia?
Yes. Everything can be done online over WhatsApp or email, in English or Indonesian.
