Online ordering system & multi-branch dashboard
Designed for a real shop, not launched yet. The business name, logo, address and contacts are masked.

Overview
A direct ordering website for a smashed fried chicken shop with two branches: customers order from their phone, choose pickup or delivery, pay via QRIS, then follow their order status. Each branch cashier and the owner work from their own dashboard.
Technology
- Next.js
- Tailwind CSS
- Supabase (database, admin login, realtime)
- Vercel
Challenges
- 01Online orders came 100% through delivery apps, with a commission cut on every order.
- 02No customer data of their own for promos or ads.
- 03Two branches coordinated over chat, so orders were easily missed.
Solutions
- 01A direct ordering channel at the same price as buying in store, so orders reach the kitchen without app fees.
- 02Checkout without an account: just a name and phone number, saved as customer data owned by the business.
- 03Role-based dashboards: cashiers see only their branch, the owner sees all branches at once.
